An easy drinking American wheat ale dry hopped with Mosaic Hops. Juicy citrus, tropical, and floral hop notes sit atop a light grainy malt base giving the beer a very flavourful hop punch with a light refreshing body. 5.0% ABV 37 IBU

Our current Featured Guest tap is: Vancouver Island Brewing Dominion Dark Lager
This schwarzbier is as dark and crisp as the night sky, best seen from the Dominion Observatory in Saanich, BC, the town where we brewed our first beer. Medium bready malt with a touch of chocolate and roast. Low herbal undertone. The medium hop bitterness results in a slightly malt forward balance. The finish is clean with a hint of roast. 4.8% ABV 19 IBU
